'Heroes in Blue and White'

Dave Henson, a Leicester City football fan, has recently written a song called 'Heroes In Blue And White' about LCFC and its players past and present. It has become quite popular with approximately 45,000 hits on YouTube and with the help of Josh Parker, a fellow LCFC supporter, a new high-quality audio version has been recorded, which the club have been playing it before kick-off at the Walkers Stadium. Both the original YouTube version and the new stadium version are now available to download for £0.99 from LOROS' Music Store . All the proceeds go to LOROS.

'Final Hope' Single

Ella-May Stanier, from Burbage, was chosen by fund-raisers from county hospice LOROS to provide vocals for Final Hope - a "soulful ballad with rocky overtones". The song was written by Clare Hughes, from Oadby, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of her father, David, who died of cancer. Showaddywaddy drummer Romeo Challenger and guitarist Danny Willson have also thrown their musical talents into the mix.
