Overview:
Patient choice is at the heart of good quality end of life care. Advance care planning (ACP) is a helpful way of eliciting an individual's preference regarding care and the setting/location in which they would want to receive that care.
This workshop is led by Simon Conroy Senior Lecturer/Geriatrician, University of Leicester School of Medicine, and is suitable for those wishing to further develop their communicaiton skills and confidence in initiating end of life care discussions.
